Cannot fault these apartments. On arrival the woman on reception was very friendly and helpful. We have a young baby and were able to set up all her bits and bobs in the apartment and it was so homely and comfortable. It was also great to be able to walk out the front door and be in the middle of Killarney. We only took the car out twice and the rest of the time we walked. The security of the apartments and carpark is also excellent.
所有评语 » Lovely spacious apartments - booked a one bed and got a two bed on arrival. Immaculately clean and the staff really helpful both before our stay and during - Ann pinpointed the Italian I wanted to book for my partners birthday (he'd been there before and she guessed it from my very vague deescription!). A great location on the edge of the town - perfect access to shops, bars and restaurants!. We stayed at several different accomodations on our vacation to Ireland, Scotland and England, but this was the best place that we stayed, bar none. The apartment was roomy and well appointed, with a great balcony. I would fly back to Killarney just to stay at this apartment again! Great location right downtown, great, roomy apartment, and great, helpful staff. My wife and I travlled with our 9 month old son. These apartments were superbly designed and were very spacious. Travel cot, high chair & baby bath were all provided. main bedroom was very spacious. We had great comfort in the living area and our son enjoyed all the extra space that a Hotel room cannot provide. I will definitely stay here again. The room was amazing, more like a luxury apartment than a hotel. We had booked a one-bedroom apartment but they gave us a two-bedroom apartment, with a huge living room, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, and everything new and decorated with taste. It was an extremely enjoyable stay, and I would definitely go back. Staff are so helpful and very accommodating ,the place are excellent like the bed are big for two couple ,the place are so clean and we had a complete kitchen so perfect for our holiday , we had a nice time plus the big bonus are the parking very safe...we will be back and decide to stay longer. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. It was our anniversary and they even upgraded our room and left a bottle of wine and some chocolates for us. The accommodation was spotless and there was so much room to relax. It is in an excellent location for the town of Killarney. Everything there. The apartments are excellent. We were in a 'town house' and it was fabulous with loads of space. A family would have no problems here. Excellent design, decor, equipment, position in the town and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Cant praise it all enough. This was my 2nd stay in the park place apts and I would happily recommend the apartments to anyone. The location is perfect, it's so safe, the apartments are so stylish and the staff are lovely and very helpful. I will be staying here when I visit killarney in the future. home from home, well situated so close to everything. clean, comfortable, shower pressure best in ireland. Free parking and wifi. Ann on reception so efficient, friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble, would definitely recommend and would go there again. -very luxurious and clean appartments, kitchen was full wokable, is in the middle of the town but very quiet. We enjoyed our visit and will surely come back! 5minutes walk to thekillarney national park with lovely walks for beginners and kids; great landscape. The staff were excellent, very helpful and efficient. The place was very clean, large (we had a two BR apartment) and comfy. There were plenty of cooking items and it was easy to fend for ourselves. It was a good base for the rings Kerry and Dingle. Clean and as advertised. Two Bedroom apt with everything we needed for a week trip. Park Place was within walking distance to all the shops and food in Killarney. Parking garage was a great bonus! Thanks for great service and a great time!!. Excellent value. Friendly staff. Location was excellent with underground secure parking facilities. The standard of accomodation was high and there was good sound proofing between apartments. The kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Park Place is a gem of a facility. Large, clean, well equipped rooms within easy walking distance to all of Killarney. Secure free parking with elevator access. Best of all, Ann, our most gracious host, couldn't have been nicer. warm welcome. spacious apartment with all the facilities (full kitchen, washing machine, indoor parking), supermarket close by. very quiet place. location was convenient to visit the ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula. Absolutely fantastic, staff were extremely friendly. The apartments were lovely and really clean. The pressure of the showers were great. They were really big lots of space. Everything - Spotless, very friendly and efficent reception, size of the bedrooms, the location (very quiet but only a stone throw away from the lively High Street with its pubs, restaurants and shops). Will be returning again sometime in the future and the sooner the better. :). beautiful apartments will definitely stay there again & would highly recommend them.we booked a one bed apartment & we were given a two bed which was great brilliant very close to shops etc. The spaciousness, two bathrooms (we were accompanied by my elderly mother, so three of us), not having to provide our own linen, having the instructions for the appliances, friendly staff, location. The friendly staff from reception through to housekeeping - they couldn't do enough for you. The location and car parking is brilliant. We want to return for longer soon - great base to tour. The apartment we were given was very beautiful and spacious and there was an underground secure garage. I would highly recommend this facility and would love to stay again in the future. The location was close to the shopping & night life but also very quiet. The indoor parking was safe and great. Great elf-catered unit. From the staff to the location to the incredible spacious and comfortable apartments. What a great value for money luxury apartment .Very central for shopping and sightseeing and if your on a budget you can;t go wrong. excellent staff apartment like new location was a dream had a fabulous weekend, and would definitely recommend and return again. Very clean and comfortable apartment, with everything we needed. The apartments have storage heaters which are a little difficult to get just right. A few basic cleaning items such as washing up liquid and cloths would have been a great extra touch. These are little things, but I was surprised that there were no glasses in the kitchen. We drank out of teacups. Also, it would have been great to have a clock radio in the bedroom. Nothing.... Nothing - everything was great. That we had to leave and come home.... Wondered why the council did not empty the rubbish skips more regular, but maybe it was just too busy when we were there and they got full quicker..!!. There could be a little bit more equipment in the kitchen lie a bowl for salat, but thats all :). The wifi speed was a bit poor on a couple of days, but still usable. Rooms did pick up some street noise but it was mainly due to location. The restricted hours of check in although the staff did accommodate our late check in via prior notice. There was limited hot water which might have affected a larger party. none. nothing...! oh, small nit-pick again, the main rubbish skips did not seem to be emptied too often, but, that would be the council's fault surely, and not the apartments... Upon check in, we had difficulty with the automated phone service due to technical difficulties it was experiencing. We had to make other lodging arrangements for the night. The next morning, the staff was very apologetic and we were refunded for the missed night without question. Nothing. There is nothing not to like. nothing. Only one thing i did not like was the matteress on my bed, would have prefered a double bed as opposed to two single beds put together. nothing. Nothing. Absolutely nothing!. Nothing really -you would have to be very picky to find much wrong. Maybe a dishwasher would be useful for families self catering but , all the essentials were there. Having to leave. nothing. Nothing. It was perfect!. Nothing not to like. carpet and bed covers were alittle dated compared to rest of apartment, I felt it was not in keeping with the rest of the design, however this may be my taste rather than a fault of the apartment. No washing up liquid supplied, I feel this should be supplied, as tea towels and cloths were supplied. That we had to leave ;). nothing. nothing.
