  We arrived at Shanti House at 11 in the evening. Despite being later than expected due to a delayed flight, several of the staff met us at the door. They offered us glasses of juice and garlands, as well as noting that room service would be happy to accommodate us. They offered a wake up call, breakfast at 6:30, and even bags of snacks to take on our journey. The service was amazing and th - I stayed at Shanti home twice, once at the beginning and once at the end of my India trip. It is a little way from the city centre, which is nice as a bit quieter and anyway only 3 minutes from the metro. It is a lovely, spotlessly clean place and the staff go out of their way to make you welcome. The food is their rooftop restaurant was some of the best I had in India and anytime I return to Delhi I will always stay here.
