  We chose to stay at Phidias Piraeus because we needed a hotel close to the port seeing we were taking a ferry at 7:25 am. Well they were wonderful! First, we got there early from our other location and we needed to get our rental car back to downtown Athens. They had no problem in letting us leave our luggage there while we took our car back. It has been recently refurbished, so both our room and the public areas were clean and modern. The friendly staff were courteous and very efficient at their jobs. We were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and given advice about local restaurants and shops. The hotel is located in a nice safe part of Piraeus, near the marina, shops and many restaurants. The buffet was very good, especially with the fresh fruit on offer. Like probably many visitors, we only stayed

  Hotel provided all I needed at a very reasonable rate. Location very central for all I wanted to see - inc. bus stop nearby. - The hotel is close to all amenities.The breakfast was very good value,asit offered cold meats /cheese as well as jam.

  did not expect such clean and nice hotel for the rate I had to pay. I had a room at the back of the hotel so no noise from the streets. Neighborhood is not the best in Athens but not a huge problem. - situation and relative calm. Decoration of the rooms.

  The hotel is within 10-15 minutes walking distance of Omonia Metro in an area that feels safe because there are always people around. The rooms were clean and tidy and there was a nice vie - The staff are welcoming and very friendly and they make every effort to make the customer feel welcome. We have stayed in several hotels in and around the Aegina that are not always the type of hotels one would wish to return to the Klonos Anna is of a standard much much higher that their competitors. The owners really make a good effort to maintain the hotel's standard - recommended.

  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Tasty meals and a simple value for money breakfast. We stayed just before the hotel closing for winter stop. So we were the only guests. The owner offered us a free transport, in his own car, to the ferry of Rafina. Normal taxifare is between 7 and 8 euro. The hotel was very quiet and only a 100 meters from the beac - Everything reached my expectations. The room was clean and the breakfast was great and full. The Hotel is great for people who want to sleep near Athens and its airport (but not in Athens it self). The price was totally reasonable. Above all stood the kindness and caring of the manager (which was felt in every talk with him). He also spent some time to show me all the ways to get to Athens and in Athens. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to stay near Athens.
