But what makes this place truly wonderful are the staff - Dimitra, Betty, Christoph and ever - Everything about this hotel is perfect! Demitra and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay an amazing one. From the breakfast cooked to order and brought to your room to poolside drinks and water that just seem to appear. The service is impeccable and seems so effortless. Views are amazing. Suites are well appointed. Location cannot be beat. There are many good hotels in Santorini...this is a great one!

  This is a fantastic boutique hotel located at the highest point of the caldera with breathtaking views - the best in Santorini. Position perfect it is just a few minutes walk to the shops and cafes of FIra yet away from the noise. Everything was perfect.   First of all, the place is really nice and convenient for you to walk around the city center Fira. The apartment itself have awesome view of the caldera sea. Thats the best part of this place. Furthermore, this apartment is also suitable for couples that prefer more privacy stay. It offers breakfast for free which is tasty as well.   This was a beautiful hotel. The view is magnificent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice and unique. They are very organized and professional and very friendly. Close to everthing but still not in the middle so you get some peace and quiet too! Takes about 3 minutes to walk up to the main street!   Nefeles Luxury Suites is very conveniently located on the rim of the Caldera, near the shops and the cable car. Since we stayed on the highest floor, we could just step out of our room, climb 3 stairs and there we were in the shopping district! The view from our balcony cannot be beaten.
