In one word to describe my overall experience at Aria Suites - amazing!! Located perfectly with views of the caldera as well as close proximity to all restaurants/cafes, shops and everything you need. Rooms are large and simple but beautifully designed and the minute you walk in the door, you get an instant feeling of relaxation! The daily breakfast was simply to die for - especially the Greek omelette. But what makes this place truly wonderful are the staff - Dimitra, Betty, Christoph and ever.
所有评语 » Everything about this hotel is perfect! Demitra and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay an amazing one. From the breakfast cooked to order and brought to your room to poolside drinks and water that just seem to appear. The service is impeccable and seems so effortless. Views are amazing. Suites are well appointed. Location cannot be beat. There are many good hotels in Santorini...this is a great one!. excellent service. staff was very warm, friendly and professional. They could anticipate our needs even before we could ask (i.e. bringing us water by the pool, providing breakfast options etc.) Room was great with 2 private balconies with spectacular view of the caldera. we had a great stay!. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in matters relating the island. Client's privacy is totally observed and they are very proactive in their assistance. Location of Aria Suites is also superb, near to the main town of Fira yet quiet. We loved the view from the pool area and the service provided on our loungers was excellent. The suite was large and comfortable with two terrace areas. Great service, friendly and helpful staff, great view from the room. Delicious breakfast, and send to your room. Highly recommended!!. Great location (few steps from Fira's centre, yet very quiet) human size / feel at home place, great staff & service quality. Brilliant location, fabulous small boutique hotel and outstanding levels of service by friendly staff. Would highly recommend. everything was superb!!!! Dimitra and Cristo makes you feel at home. will surely return next year! ;). Lovely staff, great breakfast, peace & quiet, nice view, good pool and close to town. Everything was fab. Although the suite had a kitchen area, we were discouraged from bringing in our own food and drink, unlike the places we stayed previously. We also found Fira too crowded with cruise ship passengers in the narrow streets. The resident kitten was a bit of a nuisance at breakfast time. None. Nothing to report. nothing. Bathroom needs to be re done - leak and mould. nothing. Nothing. It was really expensive.
