We stopped here after a music festival and must have looked pretty rough on arrival but they were still very friendly and helpful. They also spoke very good english.   Room and bathroom clean - good breakfast - Staff very helpful. Location central -very easy access to both U bahn and S bahn as well as Hbf. Although single room was compact it contained facilities to a good standard. Breakfast excellent.

The walk from the train station does involve passing by several "exotic" shops and streetwalkers, but this is germany, and any hotel near to a railway station is going to involve an interesting walk.
