The reviews for this place are quite mixed but my party of 23 were very satisfied. Not sure what some other people were talking about. Not close to city center, but bus and metro station are very close / easy to go to city center. Free parking (which is rare for Munich).   Friendly staff. Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great. Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom. Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.
