Each and every member of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and just fifty metres from the escalators to the subway station at the Bahnhofplatz.

The location is par excellance! It is only 5 minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof (Munich Central Train Station) which makes it convenient for domestic or international travelers taking the Munich route. Hotel Luitpold is a very small yet charming and cosy place to stay. The staffs were nice and friendly and my room was very clean.
The price shoots sky-high during the Oktoberfest season!
I can't print out the map by using printer. I don't know why. If you can make it easy to use, it should be better. Hotel breakfast is very nice.

In room hear the noise from street; the hall for breakfasts is so small, that does not contain all peoples who come to have а breakfast

Hotel staffs are very friendly. Their suggestion is very nice. It makes us feel like we are at home. Although room size is qute small, we can stay there with warmly welcome.
Convenience of location, comfort of beds
They don't actually have non-smoking rooms. Just a "non smoking preference" They just open the windows and air out the room for non smokers. I thought that was misleading and I think they should have a few non smoking rooms.
The hotel was ideally situated, close to the main railway station and only 10 minutes walk from Marienplatz. Local facilities near the hotel were good ie food, coffee etc.
Would have liked some fresh fruit choice at breakfast. Probably just being faddy because the food was good.
Hotel is very close to the Munich central station. The room was well furnished with lot of storage space.
No tea-coffee making facilities. They should provide this facility.
