  The hotel is newly opened, very clean and comfortable. Staff are young, friendly and helpful. The street location is at first sight unappealing but the hotel is very close to Prenzlauerberg, one of the nicest areas of Berlin.   We loved the location. We stayed at the Lichener location and it was in the heart of a lot of action, but quiet due to the enclosed court yard.
