  Perfect location with its own little eco town feel. Perfect for jumping onto the underground to central Berlin. Great, cheap little coffee shops and restaurants in the area. That staff were very helpful in directions for laundry facilities and sites around town.   Friendly and helpful service. Got upgraded to a larger apartment free of charge which were nice. Strong Wi-Fi in that apartment. We had reserved a parking space which were in a closed yard. There were a friendly atmosphere at the time of our visit. - Quiet location but near public transport and within walking distance of places we wanted to visit. Very well equipped and comfortable.   I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Great location a short walk to the subway and near a street with a number of restaurants and cafes, but set off the main road so it stayed pretty quiet most of the time.   Location is great, 5 minute walk from the Wittenbergplatz u bahn station. I was on my own so lots of room. Clean, comfortable (if somewhat basic) and quiet. Owner met me at apartment. Would not hesitate to recommend as good value option.
