The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, the standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was very good. Yes the room was small but we knew that as it was clear on the website. However that did not deter us from having a very positive experience.

  The hotel is very near to MarienPlatz and the food market. In front is the very nice and huge supermarket with German deliciousness. The room was a bit small, but high tech. Clean, neat, I was on the fourth floor overlooking the street. Super fast Internet. Near the reception desk you can find water, fresh fruit an - The location of the hotel is excellent. Very easy walk to many sights and both U & S stations. Management cleared up a dispute over a broken light switch to our satisfaction. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.
