  Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent service

  clean rooms,friendly staff, near city center,quiet place, - Staff were excellent and willing to assist. Room was an apartment and excellent size for family of four. Not far from main rail station and then walk onto attractions or train trip to Fussen. Minor issues only, but an excellent place to stay.

  I was very impressed with this hotel and will be staying there on my next visit, no doubt about that.The members of staff who I spoke to, who were receptionists and bar staff, were efficient, professional and friendly.   The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. Supermarket nearby, will definitely stay here again! - The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

No unpleasant odors, like so many other hotels have. - Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German. - Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently. - Very close to the U-bahn. - As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.
