Although the accomodations were basic, they were a very good value for the price. The Touristenhaus Grünau is in a quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Berlin, a few blocks from the Grünau S-Bahn station that provides convenient access to the entire city. It is situated in a really nice, green and quiet area just on a river. You can have your breakfast on the balcony with a view. And it is not really far from places of interest as you probably will be catching train anyway from anywhere in Berlin.
