walking distance to the S8 to downtown berlin, but offers a great quiet on the water setting in nature. the dorm bathrooms were always kept clean and I mostly found myself in there alone. ok, there are some spiders here and there, but grow up and just take in the place as it is. i was there for 1.5 weeks and the beds were a little hard, but i suggest flipping the bed or yourself (head to toe) to order to maximize the comfort/pressure zone on the bed. great staff. great dog in the lobby. and goo.
所有评语 » A beautiful, peaceful place. We have been staying in lux room. The room was neat and spacious. Breakfast is rich, hearty and tasty (not just a bun with jam). A bit hard to find the hotel for the first time upon arrival, but then no problems next time. A well-developed system of public transport, the train goes to all parts of Berlin, a trip takes 10-20 minutes. Therefore, location of the hotel is no problem to visit the city. Directly to the hotel liked terrace overlooking the river. We would . well my friends and i travelled to spain and Italy and Germany was our last stop. We were not expecting the confort and the vacationing spirit at Grunau. we all loved it so much compared to the other hostiles. it was not just students hostile but a place that we felt completeand relaxed...will advice that if u r passing through Germany ,i will advice you viste Grunau just for the night. its not far from the Grunau train station and the airport too therefore you can have access to Berlin and its . Good location (about 25 min to Schonefeld Airport), near to S-Bahnhof Grunau (10 min by walk, 2 stops by tram). Good breakfasts. Friendly staff. Late arrival (after 10pm when reception is closed) is not a problem. I was inform by an e-mail I could find my key near the reception. Clean, warm rooms. Good value for money. Great location if you need to be near Schoenefeld airport. Excellent value for the money. I was lucky to have a room with a river view and a big one at that all to myself; probably the best-case scenario. The staff was very nice. I would stay there again. we had a perfect view from our room - on the river, it's easy to get to the center of the city using S-train (about 40 min)? there're a lot of stores aroung and a food market, quiet and cosy place. affable staff,nice view, location in the quiet green area, parking. We check-in early and they gave us a room almost straight away. excellent place to stay. Very kind staff. Thanks. Friendly stuff. Staff can be helpful. And they can speak English, although not very well. The hotel owner help me to print out my boarding pass freely, which is really so nice!. Reception was already closed when we arrived but the key was left for us and room was ready. We booked a suite which was basic but spacious and comfortable.We only stayed one night, but the room was nice enough with a good view and freindly staff, we arrived after the reception had shut, so our keys were left out for us. Breakfast not worth 7.50euro though. cheap accommodation. There is a nice balcony with a great view. The breakfast was good compared to a regular European one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a bit far from the city but the transportation is not a problem. It is very convenient, especially if you will go to Schönefeld Airport. The common toilets were clean. Room was nice and spacious. . Shower cabin was broken. Not the fault of the hotel, but there was a group of youths on the night I was staying who were incredibly loud until well past midnight. The place seemed to be unstaffed overnight so nobody of any authority was around to tell the perpetrators to quiet down. uncomfortable beds, open cabins in a shower, old furniture. nothing to foult. all was well. Room is a little bit small, and in the night if you don't close your window, and Let out the light, there's a lot of insects, very nasty. I'm afraid of them. It's winter though the radiators were switched off upon our arrival (it didn't take them long to get hot thou). Towels were tiny. Not even small. These could be used as kitchen towels to be frank... The shower area needs upgrade. There are bugs and no shower curtin leaving one exposed to others in the bathroom! I was pressured to buy breakfast and its turned out to be terrible. Not even worth 1 euro!. There were big spiders (at least five spriders) in the room and also in the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty and had no curtain consistent with German fkk culture. But it may be annoying for the others. One of the beds were uncomfortable as you could feel the steel equipment under the mattress. No elevator for your big luggages.
