The staff was extremely helpful.
The hotel is located very close to the city centre and right next to a tram stop.
It is on the main road but inward looking so peaceful.
When we complained about the room, they upgraded us to an apartment which is absolutely comfy and worth every penny.
I have been staying at the hotel for ten years. So, I was happy to see that not too much had changed, that it was still a comfortable place to stay, that the breakfast was still great, that prices were still reasonable and that the location, of course, perfect.所有 评语 »
We were very glad to stay in the hotel. It's clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast, attention staff. Rooms not big, but clean. Good locaition.
The location was great. Just outside the city centre but less than 10
minutes bu tram which was almost directly in front of the hotel.

The hotel is a little derelict. We were told that it is 20 years old, is recently been acquired and hence they haven't upgraded anything. The advert said old world charm, it was more like falling apart.
It was all good.

The lack of parking for bigger sized vehicles, but street parking is cheap so it wasn't really a problem.
