  The house was built about 1850. It has been owned by Sophie’s family for 50 years. It is still a family home to which their family return at Christmas, adapted a little to accept a few guests. Incredible, authentic stay in a beautiful family home with exceptional hosts. Warmly welcomed by roaring fire and homely dinner on unusually wet and cold Summer evening. Gorgeous gardens and grounds. Highly recommended. Severac-le-Chateau is also worthy of visit.
