Ease of access from the main road as we used it as an overnight stop. Friendliness of staff, closeness to village. Superb location.they had no record of our reservation and had no large rooms left for us. we had to stay over 2 rooms and with 3 children under 6 and one of which has severe learning problems this was not ideal. On leaving the hotel there was nobody to check us out so we had to leave cash for our stay which is not what we had planned and not ideal. not a very pleasant stay and we will not be going back!!!!!.
