  The staff is excellent. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet.   Cleanliness, hotel staff very kind, very close to the metro station, it was very quiet. - While not in the city centre, location was close to the Metro and Gare du Nord for the Eurostar.
