The staff was always available and helpful. We arrived at 10am on firstday and allowed us to check in immediatley. We booked a return visitbefore coming home and they gave us the same room. When you go into the room, you'll see it looks definitely the same as the photo they post on the website. It's very clear and bright. There were two if us lived in a three-person room, so it's really comfortable for us. The best thing is the wifi is able in your room! The hotel is right by the Metro and in a very pretty square. The room was a good size and very comfortable with lovely views across Paris and the Eiffel Tower - we paid more for a 4th floor room and it was worth it. It was nice and quiet despite the noise from the square below.The staff were friendly and helpful and there are lots of places to eat
