  Everything about my stay here was amazing. The location is perfect: immediately next to the beach on one side and the old town on the other. Breakfast is outstanding, and includes some homemade treats along with a stunning view of the water. The hosts Max, Lea and Remi are so kind and really make this place special. I would definitely recommend you stop reading, book this place and go enjoy! - Price of a motel, but services, location, and cleaniness of a resort. The owner who run this place, Max, goes above and beyond. He even emails me in advance of arrival to see if I needed any help. Breakfast is provided free each morning, made with love. Ask for the quiche! Location is right next to old town, which is better than the touristy new town, but all walking distants to each other. And the place if extremely clean.

  On arrival we were greeted by the owner who ensured our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. The room we booked was 'The Lady' which was very clean and well appointed with its own private balcony overlooking Nice and the hills beyond.   The friendly atmosphere and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I shared with friends was very large clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for accessing beach and public transport.
