Everything about my stay here was amazing. The location is perfect: immediately next to the beach on one side and the old town on the other. Breakfast is outstanding, and includes some homemade treats along with a stunning view of the water. The hosts Max, Lea and Remi are so kind and really make this place special.

Price of a motel, but services, location, and cleaniness of a resort.
The owner who run this place, Max, goes above and beyond. He even
emails me in advance of arrival to see if I needed any help. Breakfast
is provided free each morning, made with love. Ask for the quiche!
Location is right next to old town, which is better than the touristy
new town, but all walking distants to each other. And the place if
extremely clean.

On arrival we were greeted by the owner who ensured our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. The room we booked was 'The Lady' which was very clean and well appointed with its own private balcony overlooking Nice and the hills beyond. Outstanding, wonderful place to stay. Each room is artistically designed and the owner did most of the art. Very friendly reception and a warm, welcoming breakfast each day. Considering the high price of hotels in Nice, this is a wonderful difference both in terms of value but also in terms of a unique, one-of-a-kind gem of a Nice experience. Geneviève(the owner) is kind and helpful, she recommended me several places to visit, and even helped me for the information of car renting. The house is neat and spacious, also clean and well organized. I really enjoyed the staying there!

The location was right beside the Nice Ville Train Station. Can easily
walk to anywhere in Nice or take a train to Monaco or Cannes! Pierre
is very friendly, just remember to brush up on your French. The room

We both really loved the place - me and 16-yr old daughter - perfect! Relaxed atmosphere, slightly run-down but beautiful house. Even a family of 5 kittens running around. Great breakfast, fan in room, kitchen facilities, location on central tram route and a 15 min walk from station, quiet - excellent - thank you! -
