Staff were excellent and tried to help, services were great and it was close to where I needed to be. Assisted with printing , organising taxi for departure and they spoke other languages. Sheets and comfort were great for me and very friendly. It was small clean room. Good bed, nice location. Kitchen was manageable. Friendly and pleasant staff. Lot of privacy and nice view and ventilation. Lot of light inside the room.

The neighbourhood was nice, near a big metro station and 4temps, with very good facilities. The Staff were friendly and the room had everything we needed. THe positions of hotel near metro station, and with metro I was for 5-7 minutes in the center of PAris. You have metro every two minutes. Good Area, Near to Le Defanse where all companies are there, MONOPRIX is near to the hotle .so you can buy all your needs. The location in comparison with the price is good. You can take RER to go to the center of the city easily. no comment. The location is very convenient. La Defense centre is walking distance and offers shopping and dining options, as well as links to rer, metro, train and bus. The only advantage of this hotel: was very close to my workplace. i liked the room, the location, the sheets were clean, tv,. The only advantage of using this hotel was the location very close to my work place. Its position, not far from the first metro station. Location from La Defense and other city locations. Pretty much nothing, except the location. More attention to cleanliness on taps, NO information re use of phone, re credit required. No small kit bag with use for kitchen, eg, detergent, tea towl, scrub for dishes. Blanket had not been cleaned lately. The hot water in the shower stops in very small time, making it very unpleasant to bathe there. Even after calling the reception and some one checking on it did not improve. The rooms were very small for 2 people. Cleaning only once the whole week, in tiny rooms made it difficult. No Katle or boiler. It needs better cleaning. Little further away from the metro than I would like (one has to go up quite a few stairs to get to the metro station). Extremly slow internet connection. 10 minute walk to Metro. It's not easy to get to the Hotel, without any directions. There were people in the staff that didn't speak any english. The staff, they are very arogante. I didn't have free wifi for the first night, and I didn;t have tv signal the all 5 nights during I was there. They said that the next day they will repair, but they didn'T. And during that 5 days the housekeeper didn't clean the room, even they didn't give me new sapoon or sampoo... Very small rooms, Kitchen tools are not good, there is a strange smell in the room !!. The room was VERY small for two people. no comment. The level of cleanliness is not up to standards. I would expect better service. The room decor could have been more pleasant. It can be too white and plain especially if you plan to stay for a few days. The staff is not always willing to offer help and to assist you. It looks like there's always only 1 person in the reception and is busy doing something else. And when they finally have time, they do not have a solution to offer. In every room I stayed there was something broken: a light bulb, drain pipes from the shower, toilet. But definitely the 'best' thing was the Internet connection-I'm joking...the Internet was a good joke. the toilette was dirty!!!!, the bathtub was colmaté , the furniture was covered by dust, the balcony was dirty. In a period of 5 days the room maide did not take the poubelle!!! Some of the reception person do not speak english. Almost everything from staff's professional attitude, the deficient cleaning, huge price vs offered conditions. One the two lifts always out of order and our room was at the ninth floor. In 4 days the room was never cleened. There were tovels for only one penson and we were two. The hotel staff provided us of the second set only two days later. The room wasn't provided with some basic dotations. TV was not working. The Sofa bed was as big as the room. Not clean. Staff was a bit rude. The room was small, the utencils were missing. What is the point of having a kitchen in an apparthotel when I have to buy a sponge and have to use a spare towel to dry the dishes? The door at the wardrobe was broken, the cleanup service basically just made my bed. The Wi-Fi connection is a joke, the cable connection is there, but unavailable permanently. It is more an insanely expensive student's dormitory than an apparthotel. I changed the hotel and it was the best decision I could make.
