The hotel staying in comfortable place, beautiful and very nice. The staff was speak in English that make our arrival very easy, everything is on high level! Thank you. Quite location, easy connection to downtown paris with metro, very nice staff and even a swimming pool. The fact that the service for the staff was first class and that it was in a great location and had easy access to the metro service and all shops.
所有评语 » Close to public transport. Very nice room, especially convenient to have kitchen facilities. Also the shower was very good.it had free wireless, and it was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Price is very attracive + Room size fair + internet free .It was close to the Metro, clean and comfortable room, the kitchette was a bonus. The kitchen set help enough. Room was cleaned every day. Laundry and restaurants close to the hotel.It was clean, comfortable and a good location for La defense area. quiet and nice location. good. friendly staff. Extremely helpful staff. They deffinately went out of their way to be helpful despite language barriers. Kitchenette existing and swimming pool. Good location. It is close to La Defense, very quiet surrounding, easy access. The swimming pool was not opened during the advertised hours and it was not explained why, or when we could expect it to reopen.Location is little bit far from Metro (about 10minutes walk). small double bed. No air conditioning the advertisement lied!. 1>The Internet was useless, there was no bandwidth for meaningful usage of the net 2>Although there was a kitchenet, there was no exhaust systems for the kitchenet. 3>Weekly cleaning of the room, no replacement of towels unless requested and I was not aware that the cleaning was done weekly until I asked.The bed (too small and not comfortable) and the access in the room (not very easy, a long way from the reception to elevator, 4 doors to open and some dark corridors to pass). they ask for a deposit for every extra thing they give like adaptor ,iron..etc. The photographs on the website were misleading. The pool was not heated and leisure facilities were poor, for example there was no changing room blocks or heating. The room was very basic and did not compare against the price we paid. Some furniture needed repair which was not done during 2 weeks.Distance from the metro station and no english speaking person at thereception. Too expensive for this class.It was nothing more than a hostel, a travellodge would be a 5* hotel in comparison, at over £70 a night room only i expected a bit more. heating radiator out if order and repaired only after 2 days, lack of minimum comfort -small bads and slim counterpanes, room completely inadequate for 2 persons.
