The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day.   The hotel was clean and tidy, the hotel hired cycles which was an easy way into town and the food/wine at the restraunt was excellent. - Ideal place to be relaxed.   The lady on reception was very helpful. A good basic hotel for the price, especially at Festival time in Avignon. The walk in to Avignon was unexpectedly pleasant with a cycle track running beside the river.
