  The location is perfect! More than perfect... You can easily walk to the sphinx and pyramids in 5 min! Our bedroom was facing the sphinx and the pyramids, waking up to that view was an experience that I will never forget. The breakfast was not of my liking, as it was too greasy, with cold fries/chips, but a typical Egypian meal- not necessarily bad. But what this hotel extra special is the view.   The place is very clean and the rooms are well equipped. It's actually more like a small apartment than a hotel room, it also has a small kitchen. prices for stuff inside the hotel are so cheap.   I have to give a special mention to Marion the restaurant manager who went out of her way to help us after we were not happy with the reception staff who dealt with us when we arrived. We were going to move hotels but she went that extra mile. She gave us complementary breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is the best one for the Pyramids as it is only a 5 - 10 min walk and you can see them from the hotel grounds - This amazing place was perfectly located right next to the Great Pyramid in Giza. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite which was totally awesome with heaps too much space for us (not that we were going to complain). Make sure you pay that extra for the pyramid view - well worth it. The pool was glorious and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The security at the gate was very reassuring and I was happy to put up with the small inconvenience.
