Also you'll have a backdoor garden - Bus stop right outside the building took us straight into the city, but also easy walking. Very conveniently located. It was very comfortable, no stress accommodation with kitchen and cooking facilities. It had two shared bathrooms between ten rooms, but always clean and available. A shared lounge, old fashioned Danish furniture and pictures gave it an element of charm. The first night we slept in a room on the 4th floor, but the morning after we were offered to be moved to a more comfortable room on the 2nd floor. Location is great, just one stop away from Christianshavn, there is also a supermarket just opposite the guest house. All in all good value for money.
