Carsten was so kind and helpful! He really helped us with navigating the city and figuring out what to do. He made us feel right at home. The rooms were really nice, the beds were very comfy, and the kitchen was awesome. In addition, the whole place was within walking distance of the main city center which made it an excellent location for us students on a budget. We loved staying here!. The room was basic but good size and warm. The host was very kind and helpul. The first night we slept in a room on the 4th floor, but the morning after we were offered to be moved to a more comfortable room on the 2nd floor. Location is great, just one stop away from Christianshavn, there is also a supermarket just opposite the guest house. All in all good value for money.
所有评语 » I was received very well by staff and was given an excellent room. It was big with two beds and it was clean. People were friendly and helpful. I love this place. Manager is awesome and extremely amicable. I would highly recommend this place. 5 stars. Wifi is fast and works very well. The owner, Carsten is a very nice guy, who's willing to tell about the city, makes recommendations and greets you very warmly at his Guesthouse. It also has an excellent location. Carson & Mura were delightful hosts, very helpful and friendly. Mura did a great breakfast and everything was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend the Guesthouse. Carsten the manager was so helpful and welcoming and was always answering questions and offering solutions and always had a smile on his face. Wonderful service, special thanks to the owner and his staff all are helpful, great location for bus and metro, nice view, very close to lake. very enjoyable conversations with the owner and the staff; very large and bright rooms; fully equipped rooms; good breakfast;. Close to city center, with big rooms. The owner was really nice. He also gave us tickets for Tivoli park. The staff was really nice and I had a nice conversation with the owner while sipping a cup of complimentary coffee. It was quite easy to find, well marked in outdoor's ring bell and in the doors on 2nd and 4th floor where the guesthouse is located. I liked my room's interior a lot. -Great gentleman who checked us in, very helpful, friendly and informative then helped in getting is access to Tivoli park that evening. -Large rooms. -Good location, if not a little out of the centre of town but a bus stop out the front takes you into the centre. It is only 10 min walking distance from metro station, supermarket right across the street, free wifi, very friendly staff let me to take a shower before my time to check in - that was grate!. The owner sent us an informative email before arriving, so it was easy to get there. No problems with checking in or out. Our room was spacious. Great location. Quiet, clean room with high ceiling, decorated with inspiration. Friendly host. Short and pleasant walk to Christianshavn & Christiania. a low price, but not comfortable conditions. The Price. The only thing was that on our floor there was only one bathroom, which was sometimes difficult. The low pressure in the shower, and the kitchen on the 4th floor (neither cutlery nor microwave provided). Everything is excellent. Nothing that I didnt like. I would always wish for price to be lower as I am not rich. But I really recommend this place. Sometimes the noise travelled a lot, and some visitors cooked some very smelly food in the kitchen one evening. Front door buzzer kept going off in the middle of the night, can't blame the b&b but maybe they should consider relocating it so it doesn't wake people up in the future. I got bitten twice by something in my bed. no breakfast. No curtains over one of the windows. Lack of lighting, particularly reading lamps. The power socket in our room was not close to bed. no wash basin in the rooms and it seems there is only one shower+ toilet together for the whole floor. Towel was not changed every day. Curtain is not light proof. A bit far from metro or train station. But very near from bus stop. We got the wrong room and as a consequence only had a camp bed for my son which he felt disappointed with. Might have been a bit cleaner. One combined toilet/shower isn't enough for all the rooms in 4th floor. In my room I had the worst pillow ever. -Bathroom on level 4 was not clean, shower was out of use (had to go to level 2 for showers). -Very loud and noisy from street and banging front door. -No curtains on some windows, even they did not block out light into room. -Upstairs kitchen also very poor facilities so had to use level 2. I could use some shelf in shower to put my shampoo and body wash...but it has nothing. Only one pillow that was so tiny, and I had flat small bed sheet instead fitted, it was not comfortable to sleep. weak water pressure in the shower. blocked plumbing in the shower. one bathroom for 8 bedrooms. noise during the night: doors shutting, people speaking, bell ringing. Only one bathroom/toilet in our floor. The bathroom floor was often wet and there were no hand towels. There is only one shared washroom and it was kinda busy in the mornings and evenings. Shared bathroom ok as this is typical in Copenhagen, but only one toilet between several rooms within the one bathroom. Noisy from traffic. Shared facilities were old and not particularly clean. Our greeting upon check in was underwhelming. The kitchen was big but no cooking utensils were provided. The "shower cubicle" was temporary installed. The owner told us that renovation work would be carried out and hopefully it would become better then. Hard to find- not well marked, had to check in at the coffee shop next door. A little bit far from the train station, luckily there is metro available. Now curtain or whatever around the shower --> so a lake instead... Not very considerate co-users of shared bathroom (peed on toilet seat etc.; of course, not the host's fault!). Despite express, mutual confirmation in advance, there was nobody to let me in on arrival, only 15 min. later, after various efforts of neighbours. No breakfast. The internet connection was really poor and the room was very tiny. Just one bathroom for all the floor is not enough.
