  We loved the charm of the hotel, its cleaniness and coziness.   I loved Apartments Familia for many reasons. The #1 reason were the owners Ankica and her husband. They picked us up at the bus station and helped us with our large suitcases - very hospitable and fun! Ankica was a great help to us by getting all the information on the ferries to the islands...greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay at Apartments Familia again and would strongly recommend it to any travelling t - Ankica was so welcoming, she answered all my correspondence, had her lovely husband collect us from the bus, gave us a bottle of her home made cherry brandy that was magnificent, and was available for any queries that we had. I have never been given such a welcoming anywhere else, she is a lovely lady and I would never hesitate in totally recommending Apartment Familia to any other travellers.   The decoration and interior design of the hotel is just beautiful. Rooms were so clean. Greeting from very friendly receptionist on arrival was great as found the Croatians to be incredibly sour and unfriendly, SO we nearly fell over with the warmth of the greeting!
