  The villa is located close to seaside, sea promenade (10 min walk) and center of Makarska (nice 25min walk through promenade). The owners are very caring and friendly. The room we had (studio) had amazing sea view, so we could observe islands and sunset right from our balcony. Villa has nice garden and place for BBQ, the owners help to use it. The city of Makarska is lively and has a lot of cafes, bars and places - I would like to highlight the kind hospitality of the owners. The location of the house is good, within 5 min. walking reastaurants, shops and the beach is reachbar. The balcony facing the sea provided a great view over the city and the sea. The room was well very well and newly equipped. I offer it because of its good price and value ratio.
