  The staff were very helpful and showed flexiubility. This is my 5th time at this hotel and its very consistent. The location is superb for both business, shopping and sightseeing. The taxi guide is very helpful as you can just show your location to the driver. I'm sure there are more luxurious but this is in a great area for eating and drinking. Rooms are big and clean and they are generous with upgrades. Just don't ever expect them to remember you've been before!
