I specially need to thanks to the door man who serve - The rooms were big, clean and functional. The breakfast on the 49th floor gave us a great view of Shanghai. The hotel was beside a mall and subway station that makes it convenient to shop and get around the city.   Everything is good in this 4 star hotel but I give it 5 star, in my opinion nothing bad in this beautiful hotel - The Staff were very efficient and attended my needs. The room was spacious. The lifts were not slow.
