  Only thing I hope this hotel fixes is its individual room thermostat systen for heating and cooling. It simply does not work in the room. The hotel sets global heating and cooling and that is the temperature you have in your room. I complained fou7r times in ten days. My room was like a furnace and I had the thrmostat set at 18.
