I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is very secure building and excellent value for money. David was very helpful to welcome us and arrange everything we needed. Metro is around 10-15 minutes walk but convenience stores like 'Family Mart' (which I believe is 24H) is just close by. There is also plenty choice of local restaurants. The apartment was furnished and brand new. Also, the view from apartment was nice. Definitely recommended for price and location.
所有评语 » The location is OK - Nanjing West Road metro station is around 10 minutes walk. The entrance to the apartments are located on the back of the building. You have to call from reception to the guy responsible for rooms and then he comes. It can take some time. The apartment is OK if you do not need much assistance because there is no reception/nobody to help you. Otherwise the room is modern & nice. The view from the roof is super (the house has 29 floors). A lot of space, we had a 2-bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms and a living room. Everything was clean, the room service was really great, cleaning every day, fresh towels. Perfect place, quite, 10 minuts walking distance to the subway station, good location for any trips, so even from the Pudong airport we took the MagLev first, than tha subway and we had a short walk. One tip from us - avoid the subway bewteen 8-9 am, direction People Squere station!!!. I am so glad that we went to Shanghai first. I had cards made up in english & chinese for directions to the hotel (for taxi drivers) and also the train station, the bullet trian to Beijing was wonderful. 302 kms per hour. David and Maggie were most helpful with us getting setlled in. The apartment was more than I expected, very spacious and very very clean. I would highly recommended people stay and Ziyuan Service apartments. Rooms, kitchenettes and toilets were clean and relatively new and well furnished(IKEA everywhere). The location is well suited for bicycling around and exploring the sights and sounds of the culture & entertainment rich Puxi(west of the River Hangpu with Pudong in the east). About a 12 minute walk from East Nanjing Metro stop which has great connectivity to the rest of the city and even to the Airport(via Line2). david is really helpful and if you have any issues he's more then happy to oblige. the apartment is clean and is roughly 15 in from nanjing road west. there's options to eat etc. if you want to pick up groceries i would recommend city mart. it's in the shanghai centre (ritz carlton apartment complex). cost is reasonable for what you get. I like the location. Location and again location. Also the facilities in the hotel is great. Clean everyday, change the towels, the toiletry, etc. Close to Nanjing Road and all principal shopping places you might want to visit. 7 minutes by walk to the metro station. Friendly David is ready to help when you have some difficulties. Lovely spacious apartment! I actually had booked the studio room but was given an apartment that was bigger! Everything was great! If you want a place to stay that is luxury, you must stay here! I will definitely stay again when I return to shanghai, the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is very well located, it will take only 10 mins to walt to Nanjin Road. The staff is very helpful and frienly. David Ting, the Manager, is a very friendly, professional and nice person. The rooms are very comfy and well equipped. I loved the size of the room - it was more than sufficient for my stay. It was great that it had a kitchentette, washing machine etc. The shower was good. The location was good for eating out and it was walking distance to several malls. This was 4 star accomafation at a budget price. You get a modern, clean apartment with kitchen, washer, dryer, DVD, PVR, flat screen, safe box and an amazing view in a safe building near to everything! Perfect. Apartment is modern and clean. Nice view of the city from our room (27th floor). Shops and grocery store within walking distance. Metro also within walking distance. Superb, everything was fantastic. Best value for money. Clean, great location...I Have no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely stay here again. Extremely good value. In-apartment kitchen and washer/dryer made this choice better than a hotel, but much cheaper. David gave excellent service. Very comfortable apartment and efficient and pleasant check in and out. David was very helpful with our enquiries. That they kept your luggage safe, so you need not bring along everything if you make short trips from shanghai. Facilities Help from the staff. the homely atmostphere. - Good value for money. - Location is okay. I paid RMB 87 per night for extra bed but the person claimed that it did not include the service charge so he charged me extra RMB 13 per night. Not a big deal!. The guy wanted to charge a little more as it was in the reservation. The kitchenett is really very basic, 3 plates, 3 glasses, but we were prepared to eat only outside, maby just to have some milk and juice for kids in the fridge. The hotel is located in a multi-use building(very common in Shanghai) so it doesnt have a dedicated reception nor does it have much signage to indicate the presence of service apts/hotel. The staff at the lobby of the building was of very little help however the Manager David was prompt and helpful however be prepared to complete all check-in formalities in your room itself including payment. Not all the stuff on the reception speak English, but it's easy to resolve if you just show them what you need (taxi, food, etc.) There is no room-service in the evening, but you can ask the stuff on the reception to bring you something from take-away, but who knows what it will be?. The staff who checked me could barely speak English, so trying to obtain information about the local area such as where to buy water etc was almost impossible. I had requested a non -smoking room and it smellt of smoke which I had to deal with myself. But I cannot fault the facilities. Nothing. Have to call staff for check-in. Since there is no reception, we were unable to store our luggage on-site after checking out. Lack of information, like there was a coffee shop on the first floor. The toilet doors were very narrow and difficult for a wheelchair to get through and once in, it was very difficult to close the door. There were no instructions in English on how to use the tv and the washing machine cum dryer. It was difficult to locate as there isn't any signage of the place. nothing whatsoever. no sport facilities comparing to hotel. Didn't know beforehand that there was no reception and would have to phone someone. But once did call, all was fine. - Everything was OK, not too bad. However, I'd rather stay in a hostel with a much better location and a better environment.
