It was very hard to get a taxi and the staff really worked hard for us after 20 minutes secured one and we were very gratefully for this service. We were pleased all round with the accommodation and service.
We were told we had to pay for a face towel as one was missing. Unfortunately I knew it had not ben replaced but did not report it. After a while it was discovered they had not replaced it and the did apologise. So Check all items in this hotel and report anything missing immediately
