  This was our second time staying here, this time I booked the 3 bedroom apartment. It is very basic, which was fine. One bedroom does not have a window, this might put some people off, tbh it suited us as I did not have to keep worrying about our youngest falling out the window.   It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean. Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay. All the complimentary services are also quite good (permanent access to soft drinks, some small food, etc.).
