  Really like the place, real Beijing feel. - By its very nature I was immersed in the Hutong and saw how those people live on a daily basis. For one week I got to feel like a real Beijinger living in the Hutong (albeit a fancy Hutong) and see the culture in a way that is impossible for a tour group staying in a fancy hotel. They were tremendously helpful to us and very friendly and caring. It was very close to the main attractions of Beijing but in a very quiet area. We felt very safe.

  Hotel was near the temple of heaven and close to a metro station so that was very convenient. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly but spoke hardly any English. There was a problem with the booking but finally the staff solved this in a proper way.

  the building is very interesting, the price is reasonable, and the staffs are all very very nice - Personel where very friendly. Hotel was nice and I loved the bed. Usually you have too shoft beds at hotels and my back doesn't like that too much. This time my back was ok even after 10 nights :D. And the fruit from the trees tasted good.
