  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive.   The staff were all nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was always clean and quiet. I didn't even mind that their wasn't any room service. I liked that their were 4 bus stops right outside and a variety of restaurants and stores. This made me realize that all the comments were acknowledged. I really liked that the most. - Staff were friendly and helpful over the whole 3 night stay, both on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Price was good and the room was pleasant.
