  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive.   The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late check-in, and someone was there, as promised, to get us settled in with everything we may need.   The stuff were really helpful and friendly. They prepared an extra bed and crib with bedding for us before we arrived. The two-bedroom suite is large enough for small kids to run around and it has very nice views. Although the furnishing is dated, the suite is very clean and comfortable.   It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel.
