  The staff were very helpful with any number of things; aiding with parking a vehicle, expediting check-in/check-out procedures, and recommending great restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby and common areas were very tastefully decorated and the rooms were comfortable, although a bit small and some areas seemed a bit dingy. The loc - We got one of the 5th floor rooms, which meant it was really quiet. It also meant 5 flights of narrow stairs. Of course, since it's a historical building (like much of Quebec City) building codes prevent the addition of elevators, so this is par for the course. Beautifully reno'd room and bathroom, though the ceiling was a bit low due to the angle of the roof. Close to lots of nearby shopping and restaurants in the old city (and the lower old city, too, which was a bit cheaper).

  I enjoyed use of the hot tub, though the hot tub could have been on a warmer temperature.   We were very satisfied with our stay at the Le Tour Belvedere. We had a one bedroom suite. The kitchen was equipted well. There are many supermarkets around, all within 1-5 mins walk. Metro station is just 5 mins walk. I’ll stay there again.
