  Very friendly staff. Even though we made a mistake on our reservation, they went out of their way to accommodate us. We were a group of six. Rooms were clean and spacious. - Hospitable staff. Nice restaurant.

  We absolutely loved this place! The location can't be beat...one minute walk to all tourist sites but far enough off the main square to avoid being kept up at night with noise. The room was very cute..2 separate sleeping areas and a beautiful view of the neighboring park and St. Lawrence River. The room was immaculately clean as well.   We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to accommodate parking for our large car. We stayed in one of the larger rooms across the street from the main hotel and really loved our room.   My sister and I stayed 5 nights and found Motel de la Pente Douce to be an excellent value. The double room was equipped with a fridge, a coffee maker and even wine glasses. The location made it very easy both to visit Magog and hike on Mount Orford.
