  I've been to many hotels before ( most of them being in Europe ) and this one blew most of the ones I've stayed in out of the water, especially on the aesthetic aspect. It's hard to not be amazed the second you step in one of the many lovely and modern bedrooms.   We absolutely loved this place! The location can't be beat...one minute walk to all tourist sites but far enough off the main square to avoid being kept up at night with noise. The room was very cute..2 separate sleeping areas and a beautiful view of the neighboring park and St. Lawrence River. The room was immaculately clean as well.   Very clean. Breakfast o.k. Good staff. The bar area is relaxing during the day with comfortable seating. We stayed there before and were satisfied. - The staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and new, the rooms were very large and the cleaning staff were attentive.

  The staff were very helpful with any number of things; aiding with parking a vehicle, expediting check-in/check-out procedures, and recommending great restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby and common areas were very tastefully decorated and the rooms were comfortable, although a bit small and some areas seemed a bit dingy. The loc - We got one of the 5th floor rooms, which meant it was really quiet. It also meant 5 flights of narrow stairs. Of course, since it's a historical building (like much of Quebec City) building codes prevent the addition of elevators, so this is par for the course. Beautifully reno'd room and bathroom, though the ceiling was a bit low due to the angle of the roof. Close to lots of nearby shopping and restaurants in the old city (and the lower old city, too, which was a bit cheaper).
