  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice. The location was also wonderful. This is the big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town, cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

  Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch.   The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at.   The shuttle bus to and from the hotel was excellent. The front staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded at no extra cost. Overall it was a great place to stay and when I'm in Montreal again I will definately be back. - Close to airport, free shuttle and they upgraded the room to a suite.
