  When we arrived and the manager said he would meet us across the street behind the motel, we wondered where he might be putting us, and we worried a bit. It turned out to be an older house the motel had purchased and converted into two motel suites. Ours was two bedrooms, with full kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable.   We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. We could control our own heat and the room was quiet at night even with the bathroom window open. There was a hot tub on site but we didn't use it.
