When we arrived and the manager said he would meet us across the street behind the motel, we wondered where he might be putting us, and we worried a bit. It turned out to be an older house the motel had purchased and converted into two motel suites. Ours was two bedrooms, with full kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The back porch, with grill and all makes this especially appealing for a family planning to stay more than overnight.
所有评语 » The rooms( bed room and bathroom) were super clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's located right off the highway so it's easy to find. We arrived very late in the evening the host was very accommodating. Thank you!. When to first saw the motel we were a little concerned as it is a little unusual. We entered reception and was greeted by a lovely young lady who was very helpful. We then went to our room to find a very clean and undated. Even though the room wasn't large it was well laid out. We arrived in a snow storm. I thought OMG this is going to be bad! Absolutely the opposite . Very very clean and I even took pictures because my clean freak friends would have never believed me. For the price there are few and far between to compare. This place is a classic old motel and no worse for it. The room was small but had fully equipped kitchen -the best this trip. Helpful staff and a fantastic value one night road trip stay. Staff very helpful. Good WiFi. We were passing through Cranbrook and appreciated the kitchenette. The staff were more than friendly and the location convenient!!!! Loved it!!. The woman at reception was very friendly. The room was older but really comfortable and clean. I loved the lay out of the room. The very friendly staff, How clean the room was. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. It was great traveling with a dog. WE were upgraded but the cleanliness of the rooms were very much appreciated. Unit was clean New Bath fixtures and flooring. Great value for the price. Easy to find. The girl checking us in was VERY nice and helpful. Everything updated and functioning well. Modest cost, friendly and helpful reception. We actually did not stay here, we cancelled after being shown our rooms. It was very dated & in dire need of maintenance & updating. The rooms smelled, paint chipping off walls, carpet stained, bug on floor in bathroom. Totally turned off, did not meet my expectations ( nor my husband's ... public health inspector) We were made to pay for rooms before being shown the rooms , it was after looking at rooms we were obliged to stay elsewhere( The Prestige.. Best Western) across the street. An "Adult Store" next door. The quality of the towels was poor. Bit near the main road. No breakfast. The location is right beside an Adult Store and massage parlor. nothing. Facility dated. Close to highway, somewhat noisy. basic. Loud noise between 2 roads even though the room was double glazed. Older building, highway noise. We didn't like the Almo but did like Cranbrook.
