  The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest.   We had a two night stay in the Garden Chalet and it was truly amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The chalet was comfortable and clean, with a lovely hot tub and beautiful mountain views. We stayed in the Green Chalet and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada. Did not want to leave

  The room was cute, had a small kitchen, and the building was very old and interesting. The location was nice and safe. We parked our car in the driveway of the hotel off street for free. The hotel is near some pretty parks and is only about a 25 minute bicycle ride into the main part of the city.   The personal sauna and the spa tub in our loft suite was very relaxing after a long day of hiking, and was roomy enough for two people.   Awesome staff. Very kind from check in to check out. - We liked how centrally located it was and that a suite ensured we could all stay in the same room together. We aslo really liked having a kitchen and being able to eat some meals especailly breakfast in the room.

  We liked everything about the hotel and especially the location. It was just next to the lifts and right in downtown. There was full equiped kitchen and fireplace. - Though it was small, it was an appartment. The space and abilitiy to have friends over for a glass of wine was perfect.
