  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive.   Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny.   Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection. We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails. The location relative to the airport terminals is ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent "plus" for me. - close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.
