Service was fabulous .. From welcome to restaurant to wonderful guy who got bikes ready drive us to bus pickup for whistler Fabulous small touches like Easter goodies and coffee available in lobby... Can't really say enough good things about the staff and hotel Made to feel individual and special Will return.. Would not stay anywhere else in Vancouver. The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise. The massage at the spa was also divine.
所有评语 » Lovely room, clean and well designed. Loved the bathroom with sliding wall, separate shower recess and luxurious toiletries. Nice lighting. Great to have free Wi-Fi in room. Thanks for the little touches like sparkling water and nuts! Appreciated the London cab for transport. The hotel great location, close to the main downtown area, the water and Stanley Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant does amazing cocktails!. Everything! From the extremely friendly staff to the comfortable atmosphere - the entire experience was incredible!! To top it off, they are a dog friendly hotel which made this one of the best places I've ever stayed at in my life!. Friendly, service oriented and very professionnal staff. When coming back to the Vancouver area I will make sure to stay again at the Loden Hotel and have dinner at the Tableau. The whole ambience was terrific - attention to detail in the room, responsive staff (valet guy was terrific as was the food in the restaurant). Will definitely stay again. Everything but in particular outstanding staff service, hotel ambiance and little extras such as free espresso coffee, easter eggs and muffins in lobby and free bikes. Very central yet comfortable and quiet small modern hotel, great amenities, lovely high end french bistro for restaurant. Very stylish yet elegant and fully finished. Enjoyed the design and layout of our room. Staff was very pleasant and always eager to help. Took advantage of the workout room and the bicycles available to guests. Friendly staff, nice design and attentive amenities in the lobby (coffee, pastries, lemonade). Comfortable rooms with very nice dark marble bathroom. Pretty much the whole package...GREAT restaurant in the hotel....super fitness center...super easy staff...really high attention to detail. Everything.... The location, the staff, the Bar Bistro - an unforgettable Valentine's Day Dinner. This is an ideal city centre hotel with a particularly good restaurant. There is nothing negative ! Brilliant place and people!,. This is only very minor, but the T.V. remote can be a little frustrating. There was nothing not to like. TV remote control was a bit laggy. This was of minor nature. A small complaint, but bathroom plumbing fixtures in room were cheap and poorly selected. A bit noisy. Very expensive valet. no coffee machine in room....its nice to not have to leave the room or call for a coffee first thing in morning. Parking costs were a little much at $80(taxes included) a day that is extreme even for the downtown core. Nothing. parking is a bit of a hassle, overnight valet is too expensive, local parking garages don't have in-and-out privileges. The noisy heating system. The lack of coffee/tea-making facilities. In-room dining was of a very poor standard & presentation - the steak was well-cooked but over-salted and 'dumped' onto a full plate of french fries. Too much quinoa accompanying the trout. Great lack of fresh veg. It was pretty hard to get to, not being familiar with Vancouver. Nothing. No coffee pot in room. Front desk people was very slow when I checked in, said no records from letsbookhotel.com... The lobby is very small. No free water in the room.
