  Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (mainta - I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

  The atrium/courtyard created inside the building with a real creek flowing through and tropical plants everywhere is a hidden gem that makes the experience quite extraordinary. The large trees and brook that runs through the atrium were restful and appealing. The location is also central with lots of restaurants close by. The lounge and restaurant on location were also well priced.

  Rooms are updated, clean, washroom very clean, the beds were comfortable with nice big pillows. One of the better sleeping bed i have slept in a hotel.   We used the hotel as an overnight stop close to the airport in Vancouver. It was a comfortable night's stay that served its purpose. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from a Skytrain station, so an evening visit to the Vancouver waterfront is easily achievable from this location. - we really liked our one bedroom suite and having the washer/dry... 别人怎么说 » er was a bonus. Very personable, asked how our stay was, related to us well by saying he'd been to our home town etc. He was very friendly to a young boy asking a question at the front desk.   We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.
