Rooms are updated, clean, washroom very clean, the beds were comfortable with nice big pillows. One of the better sleeping bed i have slept in a hotel. Staff were very friendly, the pool is opened till the last person leaves and they have a nice big open space for families and sports teams to gather for dinners and drinks. Has equipment rooms for sports teams to air their gears. Nice clean modern looking hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful, and they were very nice to my daughter, so major points! It was very clean, and the view of the city is great! they have this pub there as well, now I don't drink, but the food was amazing. the porterhouse chicken was great, and the rizzoto! great! very happy we came, and the price! so cheap! thanks THC!.
所有评语 » I loved the 'details' such as having a kettle for tea drinkers like myself and fresh milk and cream in the fridge. I also appreciated the refillable Eco-friendly containers for soap, shampoo, etc. Every morning a new inspirational post it note was left on my bathroom mirror - very cute!. I like the staff... They were very helpful because i was trying to get something from the vending machine and it got stuck. Their was no hesitation to correct and give my money back and show me the direction of another machine. I enjoyed everything at the Thompson. Staff were great, room was awesome. They even got me in earlier than regular check in. Breakfast was very nice as well. Thanks for making my trip so comfy :). The location was good. The room was very clean and the customer service was excellent. Not to mention the quality of food and portion sizes in the resturant was awesome. Location was great, close to river, parks, shopping, sports venues and restaurants. Hotel is great for families and sports teams. Beds were comfortable. Loved the bulk products in the bathroom, the fresh cold water and coffee in the lobby. friendly and helpful staff quiet air conditioner did not keep us awake at night. The staff! Excellent! We will stay again on our next trip to kamloops. staff was very friendly, and extra rooms for hockey equipment. We enjoyed the location, close to everything for walking. Excellent value, pleasant staff. The complimentary breakfast could be better. The pancakes were not very good but have a decent variety of breakfast options. Loved it!. The location was convenient to downtown but the underground parking was limited and the spaces were cramped to get in and out of. The train runs very close to the hotel which could be loud and disruptive at times. In my deluxe sweet room the tv had a line going through it constantly. So when we ordered a movie it didnt feel like i should of paid the full amount. It was very annoying to watch. I think it was their satellite or something. The next day it was fine. Also i didnt know i had to pay for parking since i was in a deluxe room. First time i had to pay that. The room could of had a better view. I got to look at the roof . when then night audit person slipped my room charge paper under the door, then knocked @ 6 am. That I found quite annoying. The quality of the toiletries was poor, especially the toilet paper. Bathroom facilities were a little worn (shower and grout), breakfast was ok. Found the pillows too bulky and the bed very creaky. construction early in morning outisde room. Nothing, everything was lovely. I had no dislikes at all. It met with all my expectations. The doors are very light and tectonic slam when closing very annoying when you are trying to sleep. long way to walk from lift to room for my brother who cannot walk far. did not honor rate. The room with no view. twice. Lacked personality,staff, were friendly but seemed to be going through the motions. It's a huge place,lacked character. Bathroom extremely small. I found distance to my room awkward esp when key did not work. Pictures online were deceiving. Made the hotel look nicer than what it was.
