Excellent view Best price in town with clean & newly renovated Room with 32" inch LED Tv Flat Screen,location is close to city centre ,Riverside park ,Grey Hound Bus and restaurants. Also 5 min walk to Thompson River University which is great. The hotel staff was very friendly. We were very happy with our stay.We would stay here again. :). Close to amenities. Pleased with stay for the money. They gave us directions to places we wanted to go to, and suggestions of places we might like to see. We had a great view of the city from our room. We will definitely return to this hotel on our way through Kamloops again!.
所有评语 » Location is good. Great rooms with big windows. Nice view of Kamloops from my room. It was clean and comfortable. All the stores and restaurants are nearby at a walking distance. Management was friendly and helpful. Good value hotel..:). The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. I paid $80/night for the room that I had. Kitchenette and everything. I was quite impressed and definitely will stay there again on my next trip to Kamloops. The king size bed was very comfortable. Great place to stay and very centrally located. Great value for you dollar. Beautiful View of the Mountain from the room. Good Wifi for my work. Friendly Staff. Freshly renovated Rooms.. Value of our stay was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very big with a really nice view. Front desk clerk was friendly and made us feel welcome . Good location to most amenities. Fantastic view from my room. Staff was really helpful. Love to stay again. room was big and clean, newly renovated. i like the ptrice we got for the 4 of use and how nice the ppl were at the frunt desk. Budget conscious. Basic. Convenient location. Good view from our room. The price, nothing flash but it was clean and comfortable. Closer to everything and very relaxing area... The beds were comfortable. The beds were comfortable. not much. Not much, actually nothing. Bed was comfortable. Not much. Nothing. Breakfast was ok. My room was cleaned on the third day when I had put the "Please Clean" sign on the door. Also the plug for the bathtub was broken and they couldn't seem to get me a new/different one. Hallway needs cleaning. my side if the bed felt like it was broken. Could be cleaner. A bit dated, in need of some sprucing up. While we were there there was a leak in the bathroom, however they respond very quickly when we reported it. The pool was down the street at another property which is not ideal. I did not like how my credit card was immediately charged and the same amount plus deposit was held. And then they tried to re charge my card for the held amount. Poor broken english preventing in understanding basic language. The arrogance that was yelled at us when we questioned the transaction. Infact my card company had to rectify it. one bedside lamp... on wrong side of A king sized bed. queen sized sheets on king sized bed. asked for wake up call...didn'T get it. balcony rooms face the main street. internally noisy. If you are looking for the monetary side and a roof, well this is ok. Increase your budget by 10 or 15 $ and stay somewhere's else. This is your typical motel that hasen't had many upgrades since thw 70'S. Cleanliness is also on the dubious side, hotel has breakfast, which starts at 7 am, we where gone before that. Nothing good to say. Stains on carpet, large gaps under doors 2-3" on some doors, room a/c doesn't cool the room, no elevator, pictures on website very misleading, don't stay here. The hotel is not level! There was a two inch gap under one side of the door. Not very clean. The pool is shared with another hotel which means a walk across the street. Not ideal for family with young kids. Continental break fast is just a trap word on online booking, actually there continental break fast include bread milk butter and cereals. Carpets smelled terrible and were stained when we walked into the hallway. smell in room and passageway, room dirty, bath had enamel missing and mold all around bathtub.
